Madan Grade A beans produce a mild and mellow cup with a rich, full body and palatable earthy tones. Roasted medium to medium dark to release tiny droplets of oil, but preserve those fruit tones! A rich, sweet aroma, good acidity and body, and finishes with a rich chocolatey flavor and a slightly dry aftertaste. This coffee has been Rainforest Alliance Certified!
