Excellent coffee! Not bitter, very smooth. I usually need cream and sugar but can drink this one black. My personal favorite. Mardi Gras Blend.

This coffee (Ethiopian Harrar)has made my out-of-state brother a "coffee snob", as it is now his favorite. He requests that I bring a bag when I visit and says he can tell when it is brewing as it smells sooooo good.
